Specializing in parental burnout, mental health for divorcing families, perinatal and postpartum wellness, Queen-Ella combines therapeutic expertise with a deep commitment to fostering resilience. Through a holistic and empathetic approach and specializing in helping individuals navigate post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and family dynamics, Queen-Ella has a unique ability to create safe spaces for healing and growth. She empowers families to manage stress, adapt to new dynamics, and heal. Known for creating accessible resources, Queen-Ella hosts webinars and workshops that provide vital tools for navigating post-pandemic stress, parenting challenges, and family healing. Passionate about mental health advocacy, Queen-Ella aims to guide parents and families through the complexities of post-pandemic stress and beyond. QueenElla obtained a BS in Criminal Justice Administration, a Master's in Human Services Counseling, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Ms. Pringle can see clients through her own practice and Taking the First Counseling.

Pam is a compassionate counselor with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University. With a background in trauma and substance use recovery, Pam has garnered a wealth of experience in both inpatient facilities, college campus, and private practice, where she has also gained priceless multicultural experiences. With several wellness certifications, including yoga and mindfulness, she believes in the power of a person-centered approach, recognizing the individuality of each client. Outside of her practice, Pam nurtures her passion for gardening and stays grounded through yoga. She also enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her two boys and husband. Mrs. Phelan is open to see clients under her own practice.
